Fixtures List - 2026

 

You will be pleased to note that the fixtures list for 2026 has now been completed by Laurie Bryant, Fixtures Secretary.  The dates and times have been uploaded into the Fixtures tab found under the Main Menu of the Bicester Bowls Club website.

 

We look forward to welcoming new and current members to begin the new season in the middle of April 2026.  Please update your diaries with the dates that you would like to play in the various friendly matches both at home and away and look out for match lists which will be displayed in the Mens changing room by Gordon Davies, as the dates get nearer and add your name to the list for any of the games that you wish to play.

 

Please note that all membership fees must be paid by the end of January 2026, so that we can plan the programme based on available funds for 2026.

 

We look forward to seeing everyone again in the Spring for the outdoor season.  In the meantime, please do come along and join the short mat sessions on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 2-4pm and Friday evenings from 6 - 8pm.  On Friday evenings we will also be playing darts as well as the short mat bowls, so please bring your darts with you on Fridays and join us for a fun evening.  See you there!

During the closed season we are inside the club house to play short mat bowls and there are regular sessions held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1.45pm until 4pm and Friday evenings from 6pm.
 
Please do come along for an enjoyable couple of hours and a way of keeping in contact with other members during the closed season. We have a break in the middle of the session where we have a mug of tea/coffee and biscuits. There is a cost of £2.50 per short mat session on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
