Match Report – Friendly vs Banbury Chestnuts

Sunday, 11th May 2025

We travelled to Banbury for a friendly match on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon, fielding five teams of triples. Despite a spirited effort from everyone, the match ended in a win for Banbury Chestnuts, with a final score of 100 shots to our 64.

👏 A big congratulations to our winning team on Rink 2 – Terry Dymond, Graham Brown, and Kevin Taylor – who delivered a fantastic 25–9 victory. Well played, team!

The weather was perfect for bowling, and everyone enjoyed both the game and the great company on the green. Thank you all for taking part, and we look forward to seeing you at our next match at home against South Oxford on Saturday, 17th May 2025.

Keep on bowling! ☀️
